Jodi Keys-Jones
With over three decades of experience in the beauty industry, I’ve been proudly part of the Ella Baché family since 1989. For the past 17 years, I’ve shared my passion as a Trainer and Assessor at Ella Baché College, guiding and inspiring future beauty professionals. I’ve also owned and operated my own salon for the past six years, bringing my expertise in skincare directly to clients. My greatest joy lies in helping students grow into confident, capable Beauty Therapists — and there’s nothing I love more than performing a beautiful, results-driven facial.

Louisa Milton
I’ve built a lifelong, uninterrupted career in beauty therapy, with extensive experience across business ownership, salon design and management, and education. My passion lies in supporting students as they pursue their dream careers in beauty therapy. I have a strong background in training and education, with a particular focus on online learning delivery. I hold a Diploma of Beauty Therapy and a Bachelor of Health Science, specialising in Dermal Therapy — combining hands-on expertise with evidence-based knowledge to help students thrive in a dynamic industry.
Kitty Li
As a Student Services Officer at Ella Baché College, I’m dedicated to supporting students throughout every stage of their journey — from enrolment to graduation. I take pride in creating a welcoming, responsive, and student-focused experience, ensuring each individual feels supported, empowered, and confident as they pursue their career in beauty therapy.
